How to enter my Unlock Code on Nokia ?

Model : All Nokia BB5 (newer models)

1 - Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
2 - Compose #PW+CODE+1#

The letter P appear after press 3 times quickly the button star ( * )
The letter W appear after press 4 times quickly the button star ( * )
The letter + appear after press 2 times quickly the button star ( * )

3 - The phone show "SIM Restriction Off" and was unlocked !

Note your unlock code is normally 15 digits long, sometimes you may get 2 codes for your nokia BB5 phone,

if this is the case the second code should be entered as #PW+CODE+1# just like the first code

 

Nokia BB5 with full keyboards (e61/e62 etc.)

Insert non-accepted SIM card
Power on the handset - Undo request will display, press undo if promted
Press the # key once
Press the P key once
Press the W key once
Press the + key once
Enter the unlock code
Press the + key once
Press the 1 key
Press the # key one time
phone will now unlock

 

Nokia DCT3

 

Firstly the phone must be switched on and without a sim card inserted, then input the code(s) using the phones keypad.

the codes needed will end +1# or +2#

 

Quick tip

Use the * (Star Key) to get the PW+ characters

Press * key 3 times =P

Press * key 4 times =W

Press * key 2 times = +

 

If the above code fails try inserting a locked Sim (locked as in one that the phone will not accept) and try the lock code again.

 

 

Nokia DCT4

 

Firstly the phone must be switched on and without a sim card inserted, then input the code(s) using the phones keypad.

the codes needed will end +1# or +7# and in some phones you may also need +5# other codes are not needed.

 

Quick tip

Use the * (Star Key) to get the PW+ characters

Press * key 3 times =P

Press * key 4 times =W

Press * key 2 times = +

 

If the above code fails try inserting a locked Sim (locked as in one that the phone will not accept) and try the lock code again.

 

Problems with code supplied?

Firstly Double check the code you ordered by comparing the IMEI submitted to the server with the one on your phone screen (Type *#06#) if it is different, then you need to pay again as you have requested the wrong code.  Also double check that you requested the correct network that the phone is currently locked to, if this is wrong then you will have to buy the code again.

Common Problem: if your phone has had too many wrong attempts (3 + Attempts) using wrong unlock code from unreliable source (ie. ebay scam sites and other bad websites, or using free calc software), then your phone will display one of the following: "Not Allowed", "Code Error" or "Cannot undo restriction".   Solution: you can use this software to force the code using a standard usb cable.  Please watch the video tutorial below
